FAQ

Credits, upgrades, and what each plan includes.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan includes 100 credits every month, renews automatically, and does not require a credit card. You can upgrade anytime from the dashboard when you need more volume.

How do credits work?

Each successful lookup costs credits (typically 1 or more, documented per endpoint). Unused credits reset at the start of each billing month and do not roll over. If your balance is too low, the API returns 402 before the lookup runs.

Do unused credits roll over?

No. Monthly credits reset each billing cycle. Buy or upgrade to a higher plan if you need more headroom within the month.

Are there rate limits?

No request-per-minute or concurrency caps. Monthly credits are the only hard quota: every plan includes all nine platforms and every public endpoint. If a lookup fails upstream, you are not charged.

How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel?

Manage plans from dashboard billing. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can switch plans or cancel through the customer portal; access continues through the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Which platforms do you support?

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Reddit, LinkedIn, Twitch, X (Twitter), and Snapchat. Every plan includes all nine platforms; there is no per-platform upsell.

How do I get support?

Free and Builder plans include docs and email/community support. Growth and Business include priority email support. Start with the docs, then reach out from your account email if something is blocked.

Is scraping public social data allowed?

You are responsible for using Socify in compliance with applicable laws and each platform’s terms. Socify provides technical access to publicly available data; you decide what you store, display, or automate with it.
